How do I get unlimited golf?
Loyaltee® 12 Month plans include unlimited golf for the duration of your membership. No more green fees to pay!
How do I pay for my membership plan?
All Loyaltee® membership plans are paid for online. If you opt for monthy payments then you’ll pay an initial upfront amount, followed by monthly Direct Debits on the 1st of each month.
Your initial upfront payment will vary depending on the date you sign up. This amount will be confirmed during the online sign up process.
You can also opt to pay in full for an annual plan and save the equivalent of 1 x month’s Direct Debit.
Are there any restrictions?
During peak times (such as weekend mornings) we may not permit single player bookings – a minimum of two players are required. These restrictions are made clear on our online booking system, so please consider this before signing up.
Can I play on Bank Holidays?
Bank Holidays are not included in Loyaltee® membership plans with ‘midweek only’ access. Consider upgrading to a Loyaltee® membership plan with ‘all week’ access if you want to play on weekends and Bank Holidays.
How do I cancel my membership plan?
Loyaltee® Flexi and Loyaltee® 12 Month are a minimum term of 12 months and cannot be cancelled before the terms ends.

*Summary Loyaltee® Terms & Conditions: Loyaltee® 1 Month is a rolling contract renewing on the 1st of each month, requiring at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation. In contrast, Loyaltee® 12 Month is a fixed annual commitment that cannot be cancelled before the term ends, regardless of whether you pay upfront or via monthly Direct Debit. ‘Unlimited golf’ is subject to your specific access level (Midweek or All-Week) and our Fair Use Policy, while complimentary ‘away’ rounds are limited to one per month at participating locations.
