Cancel your Loyaltee® 1 Month plan.

Sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving us! But we know golfers like you love the flexibility of our ‘cancel anytime’ membership. Hopefully this is just a temporary break up and we’ll see you back on the fairways soon.

Important note: This form is only for Loyaltee® 1 Month plans (monthly contracts), which automatically renew on the 1st of each month. Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 7 days before your next renewal date. Loyaltee® 12 Month plans (annual contracts) cannot be cancelled before your annual renewal date. Please contact your local Loyaltee Golf® Centre if you need further assistance.
