Jon Dummett

Loyaltee Golf®
A PGA Professional and 25-year golf industry veteran, Jon leads Loyaltee Golf® with a singular mission: to democratise golf.
He develops “user-friendly” initiatives that remove barriers and open the sport to all. In his free time, he hits the trails for mountain biking and enjoys motorcycling.
Brad Wellmen

Castle Point Golf Course
With over six years of experience in golf operations management and a single-figure handicap, Brad is a dedicated professional who ensures high-quality course standards and fosters an inclusive golfing environment for all abilities.
Brad enjoys competitive golf and coaching football in his spare time.
James Green
General Manager
Portsmouth Golf Course
James is a PGA Qualified Professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Since 2014 he has led Portsmouth Golf Course, focusing on making the facility accessible, inclusive, and welcoming.
He has enhanced his expertise with the PGA Director of Golf qualification and the CMAE Diploma, and he is a dedicated family man and follower of Portsmouth FC.
Craig Saxelby
Centre Manager
Edwalton Golf Centre
Craig transitioned from Parkwood Leisure to join Edwalton Golf Centre in 2021, and by December 2022, he took over as Centre Manager.
When the Centre is running smoothly, Craig likes to take advantage of any spare time by playing a friendly round of golf.
Paul Day
General Manager
Richmond Park Golf Course
Paul leads Richmond Park Golf Course, our flagship location and one of Europe’s most visited golfing destinations.
He brings a strong background in operational management to this high-profile role.
Outside of golf, Paul is a also a keen cyclist.
Michael Gray
Deputy General Manager
Richmond Park Golf Course
With seven years of experience at Loyaltee Golf®, Mike is an integral part of the operational team at Richmond Park Golf Course.
A keen golfer himself, he enjoys the challenge and variety of playing the different courses within our group.

Tilgate Forest Golf Centre
Michael brings two decades of golf expertise to his role, including 9 years with Loyaltee Golf®. He developed his skills at Richmond Park before moving on to his current General Manager position at Tilgate Forest.
In his spare time his focus is on his young family, but still manages to squeeze in the occasional round of golf.
Phil Toman

Windmill Hill Golf Centre
Phil has been General Manager at Windmill Hill Golf Centre since June 2019. As a keen golfer, he plays off a 17 handicap, though that often depends on the day!
When not on the course, Phil’s other passion is football, where he’s a dedicated Arsenal fan.

Since 2012, Andy has been the driver behind the thriving catering and hospitality services across our eight Loyaltee Golf® locations.
When he’s not busy heading up our F&B operations, he’s a dedicated supporter of Chelsea Football Club.
