Do I really get unlimited golf?
Yes! All Loyaltee® membership plans include unlimited golf for the duration of your membership.
How do I pay for my membership plan?
All Loyaltee® membership plans are paid for online. If you opt for monthy payments then you’ll pay an initial upfront amount, followed by monthly Direct Debits on the 1st of each month.
Your initial upfront payment will vary depending on the date you sign up. This amount will be confirmed during the online sign up process.
You can also opt to pay in full for an annual plan and save the equivalent of 1 x month’s Direct Debit.
Can I get a WHS handicap and play in competitions?
All our plans have the option to add competitions and an official WHS handicap. A small annual fee may be payable, check your local Glendale Golf location.
Can I play other Loyaltee Golf® courses?
Loyaltee® plans include one complimentary ‘away’ round per calendar month at any of our eight Loyaltee Golf® courses. All complimentary away rounds must be booked online using this form – we do not accept email or phone bookings.

Are there any restrictions?
During peak times (such as weekend mornings) we may not permit single player bookings – a minimum of two players are required. These restrictions are made clear on our online booking system, so please consider this before signing up.
Can I play on Bank Holidays?
Bank Holidays are not included in Loyaltee® membership plans with ‘midweek only’ access. Consider upgrading to a Loyaltee® membership plan with ‘any day’ access if you want to play on weekends and Bank Holidays.
How do I cancel my membership plan?
Monthly contracts renew on the 1st of every month and can be cancelled by providing a minimum of 7 days notice before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests must be made online using this form – we do not accept email, phone or verbal cancellations.
Annual contracts are a minimum term of 12 months and cannot be cancelled before the terms ends.
