It’s Official: Welcome to Loyaltee Golf®!

We have exciting news: Glendale Golf is now officially Loyaltee Golf®! This change marks the final step in our integration with our parent company, Parkwood Leisure, and a new era for our eight golf locations. The change representing much more than a new name – it’s a renewed commitment to our mission to be “Changing the future of golf. For good.”

As Loyaltee Golf®, we are leveraging new resources to enhance your experience by making the sport more accessible and welcoming to all, investing in sustainability to protect our beautiful courses, and continuing to innovate our industry-leading Loyaltee® plans to provide the flexibility and value the modern golfer needs.

While our name is changing, we reassure you that our friendly team and dedication to providing the same fantastic golf experiences remain our top priority, and we can’t wait to welcome you to this next chapter.

Slideshow: A major bunker renovations project is now complete

Golf Course Update

Discover the New Bunkers on 12 & 13!

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of two major bunker renovation projects on the 12th and 13th holes.

The bunker on the 12th hole has been upgraded with modern artificial revetting. This enhancement provides excellent structural stability and will reduce future maintenance, ensuring it remains in top condition. On the 13th hole, the bunker has been redesigned with new mounding to improve its aesthetics and create a more strategic challenge for players.

Both projects included significant drainage upgrades. Please note that these bunkers are currently designated as Ground Under Repair (GUR) to allow the new turf to settle. They will be back in play as soon as the new sand has been added.

How We Spent September: Better Greens Ahead!

After a long and busy playing season, September was the perfect time to give our greens some much-needed TLC! Our dedicated greenskeeping team has been hard at work on our annual autumn renovation to ensure our putting surfaces remain healthy, resilient, and pure for the months to come.

Think of it as a crucial health check-up for the course. Here’s a look at what the “treatment plan” included:

Letting the Greens Breathe: We used specialised equipment to hollowcore and Verti-Quake the turf. This relieves soil compaction and improves drainage, creating the perfect foundation for strong roots.
A Deep Cleanse: Scarifying removed any buildup of dead organic matter, allowing the turf to absorb more air and nutrients.
Sowing the Seeds of Success: We finished with topdressing and overseeding, which levels the surface and introduces new, vibrant grass to help the greens recover quickly and beautifully.

We know this work can cause temporary disruption, and we are incredibly grateful for your understanding. The team’s hard work now will pay dividends with fantastic putting surfaces for everyone to enjoy.
