It’s Official: Welcome to Loyaltee Golf®!

We have exciting news: Glendale Golf is now officially Loyaltee Golf®! This change marks the final step in our integration with our parent company, Parkwood Leisure, and a new era for our eight golf locations. The change representing much more than a new name – it’s a renewed commitment to our mission to be “Changing the future of golf. For good.”

As Loyaltee Golf®, we are leveraging new resources to enhance your experience by making the sport more accessible and welcoming to all, investing in sustainability to protect our beautiful courses, and continuing to innovate our industry-leading Loyaltee® plans to provide the flexibility and value the modern golfer needs.

While our name is changing, we reassure you that our friendly team and dedication to providing the same fantastic golf experiences remain our top priority, and we can’t wait to welcome you to this next chapter.

Golf Course Update

Your Course is Playing Beautifully This Autumn!

After a very dry summer, the recent September rains have come as a welcome relief, leaving the course in fantastic condition. We hope you’re enjoying how well it’s looking and playing.

As we head into the colder months, our focus turns to preparation:

Preparing the Greens: All greens have recently received a seasonal feed to strengthen the turf for the months ahead.
Upcoming Work: To ensure our putting surfaces remain healthy, we will be lightly spiking them within the next seven days. This essential process improves airflow to the roots and relieves compaction with minimal disruption.
Important Notice: 12th Tee: We are currently conducting a health and safety review of the 12th tee box. We kindly ask all golfers to use the temporary tee mat during this period and appreciate your cooperation.

Castle Point's 18-hole course is in remarkable condition for the time of year!

Captains Charity Day Raises £3,000 for a Great Cause

What a fantastic result for our community! The recent Captains Charity Day proved to be a resounding success, and it was all down to your support. The highlight was our charity ball drop, which saw one lucky winner scoop an amazing £2,000 prize.

We are incredibly proud to announce that, through this event, we have donated £3,000 to the Silver Birch Dementia Day Care Centre. This donation will directly support the vital work they do, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you!

Clubhouse & Hospitality

Winter Hours & Kitchen Update

Here’s what you need to know at the clubhouse as we head into the winter months:

Clubhouse Hours: Please note that we are currently closing at 8 pm.
From the Kitchen: Our kitchen’s opening hours will not change this winter. We’ll continue to serve all your favourite menu items, alongside our usual grab-and-go drinks and snacks.
Coming Soon: Get ready for something new! Keep an eye out for some delicious ‘Winter Warmer Specials’ being added to the menu over the coming months.

Team Update

We’re excited to give a warm welcome to Jack and Millie, who have recently joined our Golf Services Department. They’ve both settled in nicely, and it’s great to have them on the team!

In other news, a huge congratulations are in order for Steve Murphy of our Greenkeeping Team, who has been named Employee of the Quarter for Q3. This is a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and dedication. Well done, Steve!

We love seeing our clubhouse bustling with activity each week! We’re proud to be a regular meeting spot for several local community groups. Whether they’re catching up over a coffee or enjoying a meal from our menu, it’s a pleasure to provide a welcoming space for them to connect.
